How do we book a Gibraltar tour?
You can book one of our private Gibraltar tours through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp. A 50% deposit secures your booking, and the remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour.
How do we pay for the tour?
We accept card payments, bank transfer, or cash on the day, depending on the booking arrangement.
What does the tour include?
Our private Gibraltar tours include transport with a local guide and visits to some of Gibraltar’s most famous attractions, including viewpoints, monkeys, and historic sites. Nature reserve tickets are included.
How many people can join the tour?
Our Mercedes Vito Tourer can accommodate up to 8 passengers. For larger groups, we can arrange additional vehicles.
How long are the tours?
Our most popular Gibraltar tours are 2 hours for the Classic Tour and around 3 hours for the Extended Tour.
Are your Gibraltar tours private?
Yes. All Rock & Monkey Tours are fully private, meaning the vehicle and guide are reserved only for your group.
Arriving by Cruise Ship
Where do we meet at the cruise terminal?
We meet our guests directly outside the Gibraltar Cruise Terminal. Your guide will be waiting there ready to start the tour.
Will we return to the ship on time?
Yes. We always plan our cruise tours carefully around your ship’s schedule to make sure you return with plenty of time before departure.
What happens if the ship arrives late?
If your cruise ship is delayed, we do our best to adjust the start time of the tour accordingly.
Do you offer private cruise shore excursions?
Yes. Our Gibraltar cruise shore excursions are fully private and tailored to your group.

Arriving from Spain
What documents are required to enter Gibraltar from Spain?
Visitors should carry a valid passport when crossing into Gibraltar from Spain.
Where can we park if we arrive from Spain?
Many visitors park in La Línea and walk across the border into Gibraltar. This is often the easiest option.
Where is the meeting point if we arrive from Spain?
We usually meet guests just after the Gibraltar border crossing or at another convenient meeting point inside Gibraltar.
How long does the border crossing take?
Border crossing times vary depending on the day and time, but many visitors cross within 10 to 20 minutes.
Can we still join the tour if we are staying in Spain?
Yes. We regularly welcome guests staying in La Línea and other nearby parts of Spain who want to enjoy a private Gibraltar tour.
